About Us

On North Main Street in Goshen, Indiana, the Elks Lodge has been doing something simple really well: keeping its doors open to the community. Wednesday nights fill the hall with bingo callers and a crowd that ranges from longtime members to first-timers who wandered in curious and stayed for the fun. Reviewers consistently mention how approachable the members are, the kind of people who explain the rules without being asked and make sure nobody sits alone.

The lodge carries the red, white, and blue of the B.P.O. Elks with genuine pride. Charitable giving, patriotic programs, and support for veterans are woven into what happens here year-round, not just on holidays. But the everyday reality is also a clean, comfortable room downtown where the bar prices are reasonable and the conversation is easy.

With a 4.7-star rating built on 15 reviews, the place earns its reputation the old-fashioned way: consistency. Visitors from out of state, like one recent guest from Mesa, Arizona, make a point of stopping in. That kind of pull doesn't come from marketing. It comes from a room that feels right the moment you walk in.

What We Offer

Wednesday bingo nights are open to the public, no membership required. Show up, buy your cards, and join a room full of people who are genuinely rooting for everyone to have a good time. The caller brings energy, the members bring camaraderie, and the bar keeps things affordable.

Beyond bingo, the lodge hosts a rotating calendar of planned activities, social events, and member programs throughout the year. The full bar and food service keep things grounded and unpretentious. Prices are straightforward, portions are honest, and you won't need to check your wallet twice.

Membership in the Elks Lodge opens up the full range of fraternal benefits: voting rights, access to Elks national programs, community service opportunities, and the satisfaction of belonging to an organization that has been giving back since 1868. Interested guests can ask any member about the process. It's a short conversation, and the people here make it easy.

"Fun and interesting people. Bingo available Wednesday and open to public. Very reasonable food and bar prices. Other planned activities. Nice place to hang out. Edit: I have since joined the lodge. A few things have changed. As of right now, the kitchen is closed. We hope to rectify that soon. Bringing in new members. Open more nights. Overall still great people and NOT your average bar. It's not loud. You can have discussions and still hear the game. Trying to plan more public activities during first Fridays, as well as bands. Come check it out!"

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
